1 - Standard Shipping Policy

We use Fastway Couriers for all our deliveries. Your order will arrive in a 1kg or 3kg satchel (depending on the order size). All orders are processed within 24 hours. All orders will be picked up by couriers around 8:30am. It is your obligation to enter correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Should you enter a wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the corrected address at our expense (you can however call your local Fastway Courier and organise a re-delivery). If you have provided a wrong shipping address at the time of ordering you may contact us to change it if the order has not yet been processed.

2 - Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a parcel tracking number. Please go to http://www.fastway.com.au to track the journey of your parcel.

3 - Order Delivery During Public Holidays

Please note the delivery times may be delayed due to Fastway Couriers not working during public holidays.

4 - Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days or there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
